1 course per day = Pastry

2 course per day = Pastry + Cooking

SPECIALIZATION
One week French cooking Program

1 course per day: $850

2 courses per day: $1,160.00

This program has been specifically designed for those who want to add to their expertise the high standards of the French cooking.

Our main goals are that our students improve their skills in a specific topic, learn many new tasty recipes

at One Michelin Star level, stay up-to-date on what’s going on in the cooking industry and enjoy their unique experience with us.

Students integrate our monthly programs for 5 days, Monday-Friday with 3 hours per day of hands-on classes.

12pm to 3pm / 3:30pm to 6:30pm

The following weeks are available at 3 different levels, depending if you are beginner, intermediate or advanced.

Pastry week 1 – Breads & Viennoiseries

Pastry week 2 – Chocolates & Candies

Pastry week 3 – Entremets & Cakes

Pastry week 4 – Plated desserts
