New York’s Premier Culinary School and Short Cooking Program

Being a fantastic chef takes more than just a love of great food and a passion for sharing it with others. Just like any great art form, the best in the world have gone to school in order to learn the most in their field. Gastronomicom Miami offers culinary school to those who want to begin formal education, as well as expert-level short cooking and pastry programs for those who wish to take their skills to the next level.

Our short cooking programs will take your knowledge of french cooking further than you ever thought possible. The classes are available at 3 different levels, depending if you are beginner, intermediate or advanced.

Cooking week 2 – Hot Starters
Cooking week 3 – Fish
Cooking week 4 – Meat
