Team Building Workshops
Team building and Corporate meetings are being held on Thursdays to Fridays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Groups should be at least 10 people and a maximum of 30. The group is split eventually between cooking and pastry to build a menu that will be eaten all together at the end of the class.
Classes are $90 per person (which includes all materials, Supplies, a complimentary Apron and cap for each participant)
**Please bring your own beverages / glasses are available upon request with no additional fees.

Gastronomicom French Culinary Academy
1/ Roast pork mignon anchovies crust, vanilla cauliflower and garlic purée
2/ Low cook chicken breast with sage ,vegetables bayaldis from Provence
3/ Shrimp ravioles, bisque from ocean and sea-weed foam
4/ Yellow tail roll with dill ,green sauce and black rice
5/ Steam salmon confit ,onions butter and mozzarella polenta fries
1/ Exotic island, coconut biscuit and passion juice
2/ Only chocolate, mousse, sauce, ice cream, crunchy
3/ Miami-Agde, crunchy salty caramel and vanilla ice cream
4/ Raspberry soup with basilic granita and almond sponge cake
5/ Orange /coffee mille-feuilles, tonka anglaise sauce
