Short Pastry Programs
One week French cooking Program
Cost: $1,050 (including $150 enrollment fees and uniform fees)
This program has been specifically designed for those who want to add to their expertise the high standards of the French cooking. Our main goals are that our students improve their skills in a specific topic, learn many new tasty recipes at One Michelin Star level, stay up-to-date on what’s going on in the cooking industry and enjoy their unique experience with us.
Students integrate our monthly programs for 5 days, Monday-Friday with 4 hoursa day of hands-on classes.
The following weeks are available at 3 different levels, depending if you are beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Pastry week 1 – Bread, dough and viennoiseries
Pastry week 2 – Entremets
Pastry week 3 – Chocolate and confiserie
Pastry week 4 – Plated desserts
