Our 3-day Program is being held on Monday-Wednesday from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Classes are $690 for two people (includes all materials, Supplies, Apron and a complimentary cap for each participant).
We offer five different themes:
- A) Egg base dishes & Soupes (Souffle, Quiche, Egg Meurette, Onion Soup, Pistou, Bisque, Fish soup)
- B) Homemade Pasta, Risotto and Sauces (fish, meat & poultry)
- C) Grandma’s 1 pot dish recipes (Bourguignon, Blanquette of Veal, Coq au Vin, Ratatouille, Lamb Navarin)
- D) Bread & Croissants, Brioches & Chocolate Croissants
- E) Macarons & French Cupcakes
