Our French Culinary Academy has the pleasure to announce you that since July 2017, we have earned the status ACFEF Quality Program for the the Gourmet, Epicure and Gastronomic programs at Gastronomicom.
ACF is the premier professional chefs’ organization in North America with more than 17,500 members in over 150 chapters nationwide. It’s an organization based on promoting the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education of culinarians at all levels.
ACFEF is the national accrediting commission for culinary and pastry education programs at postsecondary institutions and secondary programs.

The ACF accreditation, guarantee that the training received at Gastronomicom is meeting standards and competencies. Students will learn all Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry techniques. Come to Gastronomicom, it is to receive one of the best North America professional training programs.
To maintain your ACF certification, you are required to earn a minimum of 48 continuing education hours (CEHs) within three years for CC® and CPC® and 80 CEHs within five years for all other levels.
At Gastronomicom we have three programs in Cooking and Pastry that will allow you to accumulate CEH points.
